It was only a few years ago, maybe five, that I discovered one of the funniest sitcoms on the air..."The King of Queens", with Kevin James. And he quickly became one of my favorite comedians and I was not the only audience member appreciating him. His tv work along with his film work has earned him a prestigious award. At the ripe old age of 46, he's getting a "lifetime" achievement award. It comes from Redbox, the company responsible for those red video vending machines you see everywhere. That company tells this site that James is "the guy next door": who's been responsible for some of their most popular video rental. In fact, "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" is the fastest movie in Redbox history to reach a million rentals. And that's no laughing matter! Here's a clip from that hilarious film.
