Entertainment Icon Dick Clark Will Be Remembered New Year’s Eve [VIDEO]

By this time you've probably heard entertainment mogul extraordinaire Dick Clark died last Wednesday at the age of 80 of a heart attack. Clark gave the public so many entertainment scenes, from "American Bandstand" which he emceed from the 50s to the 80s,  to "Bloopers and Practical Jokers", among a number of  other television shows. But the last few decades we all cheered as the ball dropped on his "New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebration in Times Square".

The Times Square Alliance announced Friday that fans will now be able to submit memories and tributes to the broadcasting legend which will be printed on pieces of confetti that will be used to shower midtown Manhattan when the ball drops at midnight, December 31, to ring in 2013.

Submissions can be made online or at the Times Square Visitors Center and Museum.
