First Hit Monday: Carrie Underwood – Jesus Takes The Wheel [VIDEO]

Carrie Underwood is now a country music superstar. In fact she is one of this entertainers and singers that crosses all boundaries. No matter what genre of music people like, they know who Carrie Underwood is.

She has come a long way since winning the title of American Idol in 2005. She has won several CMA and ACM awards, five Grammys and has starred in TV show and has appeared in the movies.

On this year's Grammy show she showed her how versatility when she sang a duet with the great Tony Bennett.

But on the "First Hit Monday", lets go back to 2006 when, after completing the American Idol tour, she released "Some Hearts." It was a huge success and the single off that album own Single of the Year at the ACM's and she also won Top Female Vocalist.
