Kevin Fowler Launches Funny Weekly Video Update Series With Help of Sassy ‘Leisah’ Character [VIDEO]

Texas country star Kevin Fowler has launched a weekly video news update series with the help of, let’s say, a rather broad-shouldered, high-voiced mystery woman named “Leisah,” who apparently will be bringing future Fowler tour dates and news straight to your computer screen. More after the jump.

In the hilarious first video, sassy-sweet Leisah, whose face is masked by darkness, talks about Fowler’s latest single, ‘Girl in a Truck’, and gives a countdown of the Fowler Band’s weekend shows around Texas. The band is set to play in San Angelo and Humble, Texas this weekend.

For the benefit of those fans who have not yet heard ‘Girl in a Truck,’ Leisah gives her own unique rendition of the song, which you can see for yourself below — and encourages viewers to tune in next week “same time, same channel” for the latest on Fowler.

As for the identity of the funny ‘lady’, well, isn’t it interesting how, much like Superman and Clark Kent, ‘Leisah’ and Fowler have never been seen in the same room?
