Jason Aldean's 2014 Burn It Down Tour is getting a little hotter with the addition of one of country's most fiery songstresses, Miranda Lambert.

That's right, Lambert is the newest batter up on Aldean's tour, playing select baseball stadium tour dates in Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh later this summer.

The two stars took to Twitter to announce the exciting news.

The 'Night Train' crooner started the conversation, saying casually, "Hey y’all- we need another player for our wiffle ball games in the ballparks this summer on the #BurnItDownTour. Who's in?"

Lambert immediately offered up her swinging skills -- although she admitted she may be a bit rusty. "Hey @Jason_Aldean It's been a while since I swung a bat, but I'm up to the challenge:)"

Thankfully, it will be her singing -- not swinging -- that will come to use on Aldean's tour.

Aldean playfully responded, "@mirandalambert Hell yeah! It's a deal. Why don't you stay and play a few songs too? #BurnItDownTour" and Lambert quickly agreed to his offer.

A great team of other top-notch country artists will be joining Aldean on the tour in addition to Lambert. Tyler Farr and Florida Georgia Line (also his 2014 Night Train Tour companions) will be along for the ride, which in addition to baseball stadiums, stops in nearly 50 cities.

It's safe to say this touring group is a home run for country music fans!
