Teen Finds Snake in his Football Helmet [VIDEO]

A teenager from Gravette, Arkansas, thought it was just sweat beading up or a tangled lock of hair that was bothering him during football practice. So during a break, he removed his helmet and thought he'd found a rubber snake. And then the "rubber" snake moved and Senior, Darrick Strzelecki, knew it was real!

After someone killed the creature, he looked his helmet over thoroughly before putting it back on and of course just to be on the safe side, all equipment and the locker room were checked out as well.

The Associated Press reports even though it did not appear venomous, hardly anyone wants to get 'up close and personal' with a snake. Here's a fun snake song that takes you back a few years.
